The present Ordinance introduces a small amendment to article 15a of the Marine Fisheries Fines Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 1355). In particular, in article 15a after the introductive sentence the mention “last amended by the Ordinance (EG) Nr. 1591/2006 of the Council of 24. October 2006 (ABl. EU Nr. L 296” is added.
