Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Batteries Act of 25 June 2009 (BGBl. I p. 1582). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the designation of competent authorities responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 8 articles.
