Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Thüringen Law on the National Park Hainich of 19 December 1997. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to hunting activities in the National Park “Hainich”. Article 1 establishes that the proper hunting in the National Park is permitted. The National Park Authority supervises such hunting activities. Hunting has to be carried out in such a way that it is not contrary to the general hunting rules laid down in article 3 of the afore-mentioned Law on the National Park Hainich. Hunting methods allowing a quick, effective, humane intervention in a short time being imperceptible for visitors shall be preferred. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Principles (1); Demarcation and location of the areas with different hunting activities (2); Rules on hunting (3); Shooting plans (4); Penalties (5); Equality provisions (6); Entry into force (7). One Annex is enclosed.
