Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Food Safeguard Act in its version of 27 August 1990 (BGBl. I p. 1802) and the Food Security Act of 20 August 1990 ((BGBl. I p. 1766). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to nomination of competent authorities responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation on food security and food safety. The text consists of 4 articles.
