Abstract
The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Milk Quality Ordinance of 9 July 1980 (BGBl. I p. 878). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the quality control of milk. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Competences (1); Sampling (2); Inspection (3); Recognition and inspection of sampling devices in milk tankers (4); Duty to inform (5); Penalties (6); Entry into force (7).
