Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to transpose the Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2015/1955 of 29 October 2015 amending Annexes I and II to Council Directive 66/402/EEC on the marketing of cereal seed. In particular, the Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Seeds Ordinance in its version of 8 February 2006. the Ordinance amends, inter alia, 48a dealing with transitional provisions. Also Annex 2 is amended. The text consists of 3 articles.
Article 2 of the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Seeds Ordinance in its consolidated version of 8 February2006 (BGBl. I p. 244). In particular, the Ordinance adds some new items to Annex 3 and 4.
Article 2af the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Fertzilizers Ordinance in its consolidated version of 26 November 2003 (BGBl. I p. 2494). In particular, the Ordinance replaces some expressions.
