Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive 91/271/EEC of 1 May 1991 concerning urban waste water treatment. The text consists of 10 articles as follows: Purpose, definition (1); Sensitive areas (2); Canalisation (3); Municipal discharge (4); Industrial discharge in waters (5); Industrial discharge in canals (6); Reports and programmes (7); Other requirements (8); Sludge (9); Entry into force (10).
