Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transfer of competences in the field of waste disposal. Article 2 establishes that for landfills in an industry controlled by the mining authority, the Mining Office is responsible. Article 3 deals with the responsiblity of the Environment Office; article 3a concerns the responsibility of the Agricultural Institute. The text consists of 5 articles.
