Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Hamburg Waste Disposal Law of 21 March 2005 and the Federal Waste Avoidance, Recovery and Disposal Act of 17 September 1994 (BGBl. I p. 2705). The Ordinance aims to promote high-quality recycling of waste paper through separate collection of waste paper within the frame of public waste disposal. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Sphere of application (2); Separate collection and processing of waste paper (3); Exceptions (4).
