Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enact the Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 December 2000 on the incineration of waste. The Ordinance applies to discharge of waste water as set out in Annex 33, Part A of the Water Discharge Ordinance. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Sphere of application (2); Calculation of freight (3); Additional parameter (4); Measuring and monitoring requirements (5); Obligation to report, information of the public (6);Transitional provisions (7);Entry into force (8).
