Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enact the Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 December 2000 on the incineration of waste. The Ordinance applies to discharge of waste water as set out in Annex 33, Part A of the Water Discharge Ordinance.
