Abstract
An Ordinance provides a comprehensive overview of the requirements for wastewater from various production areas and serves as a guide for compliance with legal regulations and environmental protection measures. It includes information on size classes, pollutant loads, wastewater treatment plants and discharges as well as water law approvals. Furthermore, the document lists requirements for the description of production, wastewater-relevant processes, wastewater pre-treatment processes, partial wastewater flows, annual mass flows and wastewater treatment plants. The balancing of the partial wastewater flows and the presentation of the flow paths from the point of origin of the wastewater to the discharge or transfer point are also part of the requirements. The text consists of 7 Articles and number of attachments.
