Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Bremen Water Law. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to facilities dealing with water polluting substances. Article 3 concerns basic requirements and article 4 contains special requirements for water cleaning facilities. The text – consisting of 29 articles – deals with the following aspects: definition of terms, generally recognized technical rules, facilities in protected areas, standard of conduct and operating facilities, marking obligation, effluent waste water discharge, experts, surveying bodies.
