Abstract
This Act amends certain articles of Act No. 929 with regard to the partial implementation of the Convention on the control and management of ships' ballast water (Ballast Water Convention) and setting regulations on the assessement of environmental impact (EIA) for mariculture located 1 mile off the coast.

Entry into force notes
Entry into force on 1 July 2011. The Minister of Environment shall decide on the entry into force of article 1 (No. 2, 5-8, 11, 17, 19-20, 22, 24, 26, 28-29, 31-33, 36-37, 39-40). Article 1 (No. 1, 10, 12-16, 21, 25 and 35) shall enter into force the day after publication on the Gazette.
