Abstract
The Act sets regulations concerning cadastral designation and registration. If a cadastral property is registered as a farming property, it will include added agricultural areas as well. The cadastral regulating authority is the Danish Geodata Agency. No transfer or pledge of an unregistered area is permitted, and change of ownership of a parcel of land which is part of a property may be subject to land transfer regulations.
The Act consists of 6 Chapters: Definitions (1); Land administration (2); Property transactions (3); Registration (4); Marketing of property boundaries (5); Miscellaneous provisions (6).
