Abstract
The Act sets regulations on the award of grants to investments in connection with the implementation of improvement plans for farms. Subsidies shall be granted through the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries. The purpose of the Act is to create a subsidy scheme for the improvement of agricultural activities, including conversion to organic farming and the expansion of land districts.
The Act consists of 10 chapters: Improvement plans for farms (1); Eco-agricultural measures (2); Organic farming and organic agriculture products (3); Promoting the development of specific rural districts (4); Measures in disadvantaged areas (5); Establishing cooperation between farmers (6); Management Act (7); Common Provisions (8); Penalties (9); Entry into force (10).
