Paragraphs. The Act enters into force on 1 July 2004, cf. 2 and 3. Paragraphs. 2nd § 1, 3, 5 and 6 shall enter into force on 1 January 2005. Paragraphs. 3rd § 1, No. 8, § 2 enters into force on 1 June 2011.
