Abstract
The Instructions in this document are related to the transport of animals, to ensure that horned animals do not harm non-horned animals. In adherence to the Regulation of Transport's article 3, it is prohibited to transport animals where they could suffer. They must be transported in compatible groups; females must be transported together with their offsprings, etc. Sanctioning related to the Regulation on Transport Regulation and Animal Protection: physical damages or stressed animals may also constitute a violation of the Protection of Animals Act's article 1, if there is evidence that the commingling of animals with horns and without horns has led to a negligent treatment of one or more animals.
