Abstract
This Order applies to permits for the discharge of pollutants into rivers, lakes or sea. It contains provisions implementing EU Directives on pollution caused by discharge of certain dangerous substances into acquatic environment.
The Order consists of 3 Chapters: Scope and purpose (1); Requirements for the discharge of pollutants (2); Appeals (3).

Annex 2 - Pollutants with national environmental quality.
Annex 3 - Pollutants with EU environmental quality standards for surface water.
Annex 4 - Technical procedure for setting environmental quality.
