Abstract
This Order lays out definition and rules on the implementation of wind turbines on land and at sea in regards to energy connection via transmission grids. Windturbines that are connected to the grid or to a consumer installation after 20 May 2003 must have their own billing metering in adherence to Energi.net regulations. Windturbines of less than 25kW are exempt from this regulation. Scrapping schemes for onshore windturbines of 150kW or less may acquire certification thereof if oscrapped between 3 March 1999 and 31 December 2003. For windturbines of 450kW or less dismantled in the period from 15 December 2004 to 15 December 2011 certification thereof shall be granted for connectivity between 1 Januar 2005 and 31 December 2011. Grid-connection companies shall submit a statement with the number of consumed full load hours as of 1 April 2001. Notification is updated by each payment of surcharges.
