Order No. 220 amending Order on grid connection of wind turbines and on surcharge for wind-generated electricity.

This Order amends the Order on grid connection of wind turbines and on surcharge for wind-generated electricity. It sets regulations with regard to electricity meters utilized for the registration of wind turbine electricity production and consumption; to offshore wind turbine set in territorial waters or in the exclusive economic zone, and to windmill areas designated by the government or the municipality; the connection of wind turbines established by public tender and in adherence to the Act on Promotion of renewable energy, the transmission company owning the electricity grid to which offshore wind turbines are connected is obliged to incur costs for the adjustment of utility to a connection point of wind turbines.
