Abstract
This Order applies through the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries - funding for investment projects related to new processes and technologies that contribute to the environmental and climate sustainable farming, improving an economically sustainable agricultural farming. Grants may be given to farms located in the South Denmark area.
This Order consists of 12 Chapters: Content (1); Administration (2); Eligible projects (3); Conditions for grants (4); Eligible project costs (5); Changing the project and joining the agreement (6); Calculation of grants (7); Payment of grants (8); Notifying duty (9); Loss of commitment and repayment of grants (10); Force majeure (11); Entry into force (12).
