Order No. 1069 on pesticide applied from aircraft.

This Order aims to prevent health hazard substances from causing environmental damages when applying pesticides to plant and crops by spraying methods from aircrafts, which may have a lower negative impact on the environment. These pesticides must be applied after due certification from the Ministry of Environment.
It consists of 5 Chapters: Application from aircraft (1); Temporary and occasional provision of certain services (2); Authorities, supervision, record, publication and appeals (3); Penalty (4); Entry into force date and transition provisions (5).
