Order No. 1100 on subsidy to primary agricultural production in adherence to EU subsidy regulations and production taxation fund.

The Order applies to fund administration, budgeting and financial reporting of production tax funds within the agriculture and fisheries sectors. Grants thereof may be given for teaching and training of farmers and farm workers, for consulting services tax, legal and advertising services. Subsidy is granted to compensate farmers for the costs of health checks, procurement and use of medicine and vaccines, slaughtering of animals and destruction of crops to ensure the prevention of animal and plant diseases.
