Order No. 1109 on subsidies for biogas installations.

This Order authorizes subsidy through the Food and Plant Directorate for the use and installation of biogas plants and biogas farms from organic material mainly originating from agricultural or horticultural activities. The Food and Plant Directorate shall monitor and implement criteria of selection as well as carry out controls in adherence to the national Rural Development Act.
