Abstract
The Act is intended to contribute to the sustainable development of rural areas through the promotion of stronger competitiveness in agriculture, food and forestry sectors. Its purpose is to protect the environment by granting subsidies to sustainable measures aimed to improve agricultural production and agricultural product qualities (Natura2000 planning).
The Act consists of 5 Chapters: Purpose and scope (1); Supporting measures (2); Administrative rules (3); Penalty provisions (4); Entry into force (5).
