Order No. 1110 on subsidy for commercial production and marketing in the fisheries sector.

The purpose of this Order is to grant subsidies for the period 2015-20for commercial production and marketing in the fisheries sector. The Order is regulated by the Ministry of Environment and Food through the danish AgriFish Agency. Among plans eligible to financial subsidy are development of fishery politics on a national and international level, activities aimed at reducing unwanted bycatch, activities concerning sustainability certification, and optimization of fishery gear and working environment. The subsidy framework shall be applied The economic framework for .9 million DKK/year. The subsidy shall be equivalent to maximum of 75% of the eligible costs. Subsidies shall be submitted from 22 September 2015 and must be received by the Agency no later than 22 October 2015. The Order adheres to EU provisions as included in the text.
