Order No. 1150 amending Order on public afforestation subsidy.

The Order amends articles 4 and 7 of Order No. 1027 with regard to the conditions of grant for subsidy for planted suitable tree species within 15 November 2015 (art. 4); and with regard to confirmation from the Danish Nature Agency of receipt of grants. If the Agency has not received these applications for the payment of the first installment by 1 December 2015, the confirmation shall be forfaited. The areas shall be planted prior to applying for the disboursement of the first installment (art. 7).
