This Order sets regulations applicable to companies producing or importing soil fertilizers who must pay an entry fee, a base fee and a volume fee for the coverage of commercial costs in adherence with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) 2003/2003 of 13 October 2003 related to fertilizers.
