Abstract
This Order sets regulations on necessary reforestation in case protected areas of 0.5 hectares or more are subject to construction, terrain change or waste dumping. The Danish Nature Agency is responsible for enforcing regulations on financial guarantees which will be provided to cover costs of seeding or plant purchase, planting, fencing, weeding etc.
