Abstract
The Act sets regulations on financial premium given to male cattle producers in the form of a premium payment for which they may apply. Projections of 2012-2013 estimate a yearly amount of approximatelly DKK 97 millions for such purpose. No premium shall be granted should the total amount of aid be less than EUR 300, unless the eligible area of the farm is at least 2 ha of size. The application shall be received by the Nature Agency by the 20 January of this year in order to be considered. The required weight of male carcass whall be of 160 kg with the age of min. 8 months. Criteria for Premium also include that the male animals have been on the farm for at least 2 of the last 3 months before slaughtering, distribution or export.
