Abstract
The Order sets rules to the payment of registration-fees incurred for administrative and control expenditures. The Order applies to the reviewing of a variety of cultivated crop which, after inspection followed by authorization, shall be be added onto a sorting list of varieties of agricultural plant and vegetable species.
