Order No. 79 on payment for registration and monitoring of seeds and plants.

The Order sets rules on the payment of registration-fees incurred for administrative and control expenditures for seeds. The Order applies to the reviewing of a variety of cultivated crop which, after inspection, shall be authorized and added onto a sorting list of varieties of agricultural plant and vegetable species.
