Abstract
This Order sets regulations on the ban of commercial sale for certain species of salmon (Salmo salar) fished in ICES subareas No. 24-32 and herring fished in ICES subarea No. 26-32 destined to human consumption. It applies specifically to the Eastern Baltic sea area; salmon weighting between 2 and 5.5 kg may not be sold for human consumption unless it reaches the final consumer after thorough trimming process as approved by the Food Administration.
The Order consists of 4 Chapters: Area (1); specific rules regarding salmon (2); Specific rules regarding herring (3); Penalties and entry into force (4).
