Order No. 1297 amending Order on on approval of projects for public heating plants.

This Order makes amendments with regard to the terminology of "thermal plants" to "plants with a thermal capacity of 1 MW"; and the insertion of article 23, section 2 - which now reads: "Socio-economic assessments and analysis referred to in sections 1, 9 and 10, shall be implemented at the time of the municipal council's recently announced decision on a discounted rate from the Treasury".
