Order No. 1302 amending Order on subsidies for conversion to organic farming.

Abstract
The Danish AgriFish Agency may grant subsidies to owners and tenants of farms in order to convert agricultural land into organic farming. This Order partly amends Order No. 37 with regard to the submission of request for subsidy through specific forms which can be found on the Agency’s homepage. Articles 20-26 are repealed. Council Regulation (EC) no. 73/2009 implementation shall be replaced with European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) no. 1307/2013 (Article 28, section 1, number 1).
