Abstract
This Order partly amends Order No. 96, in particular the submission date of request for subsidy through specific digital forms – which are available under the Danish AgriFish Agency’s website. This Order complies with provisions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 640/2014 of 11 March 2014 laying down additional rules for the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) no. 1306/2013 as regards the Integrated Administration and Control System, the conditions for refusal or withdrawal of payments and administrative penalties concerning direct payments, support for rural development and cross-compliance. Chapter 6a is added and provides regulations regarding the reduction of financial assistance under Article 35 of Regulation (EU) no. 640/2014.

1 January 2015. The provisions repealed by article 1, no. 5, 7 shall continue to apply the treatment of requests for payment of grants received before 1 January 2015.
