Abstract
Environment authorities divide the country into zones and agglomerations, where assessment and management of air quality is carried out in adherence to EU directives. The Order includes a list of hazardous substances and sets rules on air quality and pollution prevention thereof.
The Order consists of 7 Chapters and 2 Annexes: Scope (1); Assessment of air quality (2); Managing air quality (3); Plans (4); Transboundary air pollution (5); Public information (6); Entry into force (7).
Annex 1 - EU and Council Directive 2008/50/EC of 21 May 2008 on air quality and cleaner air for Europe.
Annex 2 - EU and Council Directive 2004/107/EC of 15 December 2004 on arsenic, cadmium, mercury, nickel and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in air.
