Abstract
The order applies when fishing in Danish fishing territory and fishing with Danish registered fishing vessel outside this range. Fish and crustaceans, and parts thereof which do not satisfy the requirements of this Order shall immediately be discarded, as far as possible while still alive. Provisions adhere to article 15 of Regulation No. 1380/2013 on the landing obligation for commercial fishing. Artificially farmed fish and crustaceans fished in aquaculture facilities are exempt from the minimum size provisions.
Appendix 1 - For determined species the following minimum sizes apply, calculated by starting from the nose to the tail fin (total length).
Appendix 2 - For crustacean species the following minimum sizes apply.
