Abstract
The Danish Agri-Fish Agency is regulated by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries and the purpose of this Order is to set regulations regarding the agricultural and fisheries development through the Agency's administrative supervision in implementing the Ministry's business and environmental policies related to agriculture and fisheries (inspection, certification, consultancy and legal activities within the sector). The Agency is also responsible for the administration of financial subsidies related to the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EGLF), the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and European Fisheries Fund (EFF). The Agency shall be responsible for port inspections for purposes of control of Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) fishing activities.
