Abstract
The Order applies to fishing in Danish fishing territory by Danish registered vessels outside this range. Fish and crustaceans, and parts thereof which do not satisfy the requirements of this Order shall immediately be discarded while still alive. Provisions adhere to EU provisions. Artificially farmed fish and crustaceans fished in aquaculture facilities are exempt from these minimum size provisions. Non-compliance and violation of art. 2-4 shall be subject to penalty (minimum size of catch).
Appendix 1 - For determined species the following minimum sizes apply, calculated from the nose to the tail fin (total length).
Appendix 2 - For crustacean species the following minimum sizes apply.
