Order No. 1401 on the content of river basin management planning.

Abstract
This Order applies to the main points contained in a water management planning for period starting 22 December 2015 to 22 December 2021. The aim of these points is to protect groundwater against pollution and deterioration, and include the analysis, classification, and registration of the chemical and quality status of specific water bodies. The planning shall summarize the assessment of groundwater chemical status and information of any eventual exceedance of groundwater quality, as well as how the trend assessment resulting from individual monitoring points and areas of water bodies can identify concentration of pollutants. The Order adheres to international regulations established by the EU.
