Abstract
This Directive lays down environmental quality standards (EQS) for priority substances and certain other pollutants as provided for in Article 16 of Directive 2000/60/EC. The aim is to achieve good surface water chemical, in accordance with the objectives specified in article 4 of the Directive above-mentioned.
