Abstract
This Order applies to combustion plants for solid fuels with a total rated thermal input below 1 MW. Combustion plants may only be marketed, transferred or connected when they meet the limit values of Appendix 1 with regard to heaters and Appendix 2 with regard to central heating boilers. Measurements used for documentation of compliance with the limit values in Appendices 1-2 must be carried out by accredited laboratory testing institutions in accordance with relevant standards for combustion plants, as well as for the determination of chemicals present in waste gas by accredited Danish Accreditation and Metrology Fund or an equivalent accreditation body which is signatory to the EA or ILAC multilateral agreement mutual recognition.
The Order consists of 9 Chapters and 2 Appendices: Scope and definitions (1); Requirements for combustion plants (2); Measurements and certificates (3); Maximum of exhaust system (4); Particular on central heating boilers with a rated thermal input of more than 120 kW (5); Monitoring (6); Municipal regulations (7); Penalty (8); Entry into force and transitional provisions (9).
