Abstract
The Order sets regulations on fees to be paid in connection with the transportation of food. Inspection and thereafter approval of transportation equipment from ATP shall produce an authorization certification whose costs shall be subject to the payment of a fee. Travel expenses for tasks covered by ATP shall be reimbursed. Costs for identification shall be paid by the owner of transport facilities. ATP stock control charges for approval and inspection of insulated transport equipment adhere to Order No. 1699 of 12 December 2016 concerning the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (ATP-order).
