Abstract
This Order regulates planning for installation of wind turbines in order to promote sustainable development. These must be of 150 meters or more of height if wind turbines are for experimental purposes and located in areas of technical facilities, including areas for common biogas plants. These must be certified in Denmark, must follow a geometric pattern in the chosen landscape as well as they must follow the Planning Act’s provisions related to precise location, number, minimum and maximum size (height).
