Abstract
The purpose of this Order is to provide subsidy for the clearance of overgrown areas and the preparation for grazing in order to improve the conservation status of habitats and species listed under article 2, specifically within the Natura 2000 planning designated areas. Clearance of overgrown areas include removal of trees, shrubs and plants.
The Order consists of 13 Chapters and 3 Annexes: Objectives and content (1); Administration (2); Designation areas (3); Eligible projects (4); Conditions for awarding subsidies (5); Change of project and enforcement of agreement (6); Costs of eligible projects (7); Calculation of Subsidy (8); Payment of subsidies (9); Notification duties (10); Repealing of agreements and repayment of subsidies (11); Force majeure (12); Entry into force (13).
