Abstract
Until 31 December 2022 only EU fishing vessels flying another Member State flag, and in accordance with Appendix I, section. 4 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No. 1380/2013 on common fisheries policy, shall have access to commercial fishing in Denmark's coastal waters (Danish waters up to 12 nautical miles from the baseline).
