Abstract
The Order sets regulations on the notification of information in the environment sector. It applies to information on hazardous substances that may pollute the environment by hazardous substances emissions. Commercial companies shall register with the PRTR (Pollutant Release and Transfer Register) in order to comply with standards for pollution control planning, and for certification thereof.
The Order consists of 9 Chapters: Area (1); PRTR (2); Green accounts (3); Voluntary green accounting (4); Common Provisions (5); Penalty payments (6); Appeals against decisions (7); Penalty (8); Entry into force and transitional provisions (9).
Appendix 1 - List of authentication service operators for the preparation of a green account.
Appendix 2 - List of pollutants.
