Abstract
The present Order of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries applies to: 1. Export of plants, plant products, and other objects to countries and areas outside the EU that require a certificate as described in the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) upon import into the receiving country; and 2. Exports of plants, plant products, and other objects to an EU member state that requests the issuance of a pre-export certificate in accordance with Article 102 of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of 26 October 2016, for the purpose of further export to countries and areas outside the EU. Registration of businesses under Article 65 of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 should be done with the Danish Agriculture Agency. The export notification aimed at obtaining certificates from the Danish Agriculture Agency under Articles 100-102 of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 shall be submitted to the Agency. Certificates may only be issued for plants, plant products, and other objects that are located in Denmark.
