Abstract
The Order partly amends the Order on Pesticides with regard to new biocidal active substances and their phasing-out.
Appendix 1 - Active substances that the European Commission has decided to include in Annex 1, 1 A and 1B for Biocides.
Appendix 2 - Active Substances the Commission has decided not to include in Annex I, IA or IB to Biocides.
